Formal Complaints Lodged Against Ennis Homesavers Store

Clare County Council has issued a warning letter to the management of a new retail outlet on the outskirts of Ennis, amid allegations of a breach of planning conditions.

It’s understood that a number of businesspeople in Ennis have lodged formal complaints with the Council in respect of the recently opened Homesavers store, located at the Ballymaley Business Park.

The Council is continuing to investigate the alleged breach, but is now being urged to speed up this probe as a priority.
