A Clare Management Consultant insists that consistent employer engagement is vital to ensuring an adequate work-life balance for staff.
It follows new analysis from Switcher.ie which shows that Ennis ranked 32nd of out of 50 towns nationwide on it’s latest work-life balance index.
Each urban centre was assessed on criteria such as crime rates, GP surgeries, schools, leisure facilities, green spaces, broadband speed and amenities, with Ennis scoring 4.7 out of 10 overall.
Founder of Learning Solutions in Ennis, Denise O’Brien says that while local facilities play a major role, employers can help by understanding the needs of staff.
