Over €76,000 in funding has been granted for agricultural shows taking place in Clare this year.
The allocation comes from the Department of Community and Rural Development and will provide funding to 10 different events in this county.
Shows taking place in Clarecastle, Corofin, Kildysart, Newmarket-On-Fergus, Kilrush and Ennistymon will each receive €8,350.

The Mullagh and Scariff Shows have each been allocated €6,700, while the County Clare Agricultural Show taking place on July 14th will benefit from a grant of €4,260.
