Alan spoke to Helen Downes, CEO of the Shannon Chamber of Commerce, Paul Healy, CEO of Skillnet Ireland, Fiona Keogh, the Learning And Development Organisational Manager and Dr. Sarah Kerin, the Assistant Dean with the Kemmy Business School at the University of Limerick. They discussed the benefits achieved from implementing adequate training programmes.
