Holders Kilmurry Ibrickane and 2015 champions Miltown are the only two sides safely into the semi finals after victories this weekend.

The Bricks eventually saw off a stubborn challenge from Eire Óg, with Keelan Sexton landing 0-6 as they won by 0-12 to 0-8.

Miltown advanced after beating Cooraclare for the third year in a row, with Cormac Murrays late goal helping them to a 1-12 to 0-12 win.

Doonbeg and Clondegad will have to it all over again though as Podge McMahon’s 65th minute pointed free sent the game to a replay.

Ennistymon set up a quarter final showdown against Cratloe after the North Clare side beat Lissycasey in their Round Three tie.

St Senan’s Kilkee have dropped to the intermediate ranks after losing out to Wolfe Tones in the relegation final, with Johnny Bridges late goal for the Shannon men proving the big score of the game.

Meanwhile Kilmihil and Kilrush will meet in the Intermediate Final after victories over Coolmeen and Kildysart respectively.
