Clare’s Colin Crehan has risen to second spot in the All Ireland handball rankings.

The Kilkishen native jumped to his highest ever rating after securing his first Elite Singles title at the National Four Wall Championships in Belfast.

Tuamgraney’s Diarmaid Nash, who lost to Crehan in that final, is ranked in fourth position, with Westmeath’s Martin Mulkerrins holding on to top spot.

Crehan says the game is in good health in Clare.
