Clare County Council has given plans for 60 houses in the east of the county the green light.
Wiskin Property Developments Ltd will deliver the residential estate at Loughaun South, Tulla, comprising of 5 detached houses, 36 semi-detached houses and 9 terrace houses.
The application was subject to a number of objections from local residents, citing concerns in relation to the scale of the development, the access road, the site boundary and the proposed number of parking spaces.

Revised plans were submitted to the local authority in November following a significant further information request and the plans have now received approval subject to 21conditions.
