Concern Over Reduction In Housing Stock For Sale In Clare

A Clare auctioneer has expressed concern over a reduction in properties for sale in the county, as demand continues to outstrip supply.

It comes as the latest CSO figures show there were 43 sales executed in the county in February, to the value of 11.6 million euro.

This represents a 34% reduction in sales on the start of the year, and a 44% reduction on the same month in 2022.
