Clare football boss Colm Collins is confident his side can carry winning form into their championship campaign.
A seventh consecutive term in Division Two of the National League was secured after a 2-14 to 1-9 win over Down, with goals in the opening half from Aaron Griffin and Cian O’Dea.
The 20 point return was Clare’s highest scoring tally of the season, with 2-10 of that coming from play.
