Collins: No Need For Angiogram After Passing Louth Test

Clare boss Colm Collins hailed his sides character as a late Jamie Malone winner saw the Banner overcome Louth by 0-13 to 1-9 in the opening round of the National Football League.

The Leinster side led for the majority of the contest, and pounced for a goal inside the closing quarter to move them three points clear.

The last four scores of the contest came to the home side in Cusack Park, with Malone’s winning point proving the last action of the game.
