Collins: We Have To Keep Spirits High For Championship Despite League Relegation

Clare’s seven year stint in Division Two of the National Football League has come to an end.

A 0-14 to 0-4 defeat to Derry, coupled with Kildare’s win over Limerick, means the Shannonside neighbours are both relegated ahead of next weekend’s final round tie.

It means Clare will not compete in the Sam Maguire championship this year, unless they can reach the Munster final.
