Clare Vet Claims New Specialist MidWest Training Institution Will Secure Future Of Industry

A North Clare Vet believes the development a specialist education facility in the region will secure the future of the profession.

The University of Limerick has received the green light from government to deliver a ‘full business case’ for a new veterinary college offering 90 undergraduate places.

In 2021, 70% of all new vets entering the register in Ireland obtained their expert training abroad.
