Holders Corofin-Ruan go up against Scariff-Ogonnelloe, in a game that will see county team-mates Robin Mounsey and Mark Rodgers go head to head.
The East Clare side left it late before getting over Clarecastle in their semi-final tie, while Corofin-Ruan are bidding for back to back titles after their maiden success at the grade last year
