Meanwhile, Clare and Tipperary are due to unveil their starting teams later.

It is understood there are no new injury concerns for Brian Lohan’s Banner squad after last weekend’s victory over Waterford.

David McInerney and Mark Rodgers are expected to be in contention for a starting spot after impressing off the bench in Thurles.

2013 All Ireland winner Colin Ryan says the return of Colm Galvin has helped to shore up the Banner defence this year.

Meanwhile Tipperary boss Liam Sheedy is expecting a hugely competitive encounter against their neighbours on Sunday.

The Premier rounded off their league campaign with back to back wins over Westmeath and Waterford, but Sheedy says championship will always be played at a much different pace
