Clare TDs All Back Calls For Pubs To Re-Open

Clare’s TDs are all calling for pubs to be allowed to re-open.

During Dáil debates on new laws which will grant the Gardaí more powers to police whether pubs are following COVID guidelines, Joe Carey, Cathal Crowe, Michael McNamara and Violet-Anne Wynne have all stated that they want pubs to be allowed open as a priority.

NPHET has stood firm in saying that now is not yet the time for pubs who don’t serve food to open once more, citing public health concerns.
