Clare Senator Admits ‘Serious Concerns’ On Prospects Of Schools Re-Opening

Clare’s Fine Gael Senator admits he has serious concerns about the prospect of schools re-opening as planned next week.

It comes as Education Minister Norma Foley today meets opposition parties later amid calls for clarity on when schools will welcome students back.

At present, schools are due to reopen on Monday next, January 11th, but there are fears that won’t happen due to rapidly-rising Covid-19 case numbers.
