Clare Schools To Receive €1.25m In ICT Funding

Schools across Clare are to receive a share in almost 1.25 milion euro in funding for Information and Communications Technology.

It’s part of a 50 million euro fund announced by Minister for Education Norma Foley, for primary and post primary schools across the country, which will be paid out in early December.

The funding can be used to purchase digital devices to loan to students and teachers, software, essential learning platforms and other ICT solutions as determined by the needs of the individual school.
