Clare Public Urged To Play Their Part As More Schools Re-Open

An Ennis principal is appealing to the people of Clare to adhere to COVID-19 guidelines, for the good of students throughout the county.

This week sees more students return to Clare’s schools, with students entering classrooms for the first time in almost six months.

Today is the first day back for exam classes at Ennis Community College and Gaelcholaiste an Chláir, and the school’s remaining students will return on a phased basis over the coming days.

Significant changes have been made at the school to allow it cope with the changed environment, but principal Brian O’Donoghue says the general public can do their bit too in allowing the return of schools be as successful as possible.
