Clare Minor Ladies Footballers Hoping To Cap Provincial Campaign With Silverware

Clare’s minor ladies football side are preparing for a historic night in Mallow later.

John O’Malley’s squad will contest the Minor A final against Cork, which is only Clare’s second time in the top tier decider since the turn of the century.

Clare come into the game off an unbeaten run through the group section, including a dominant opening round win over Kerry.

O’Malley says they have enjoyed the campaign to date, and are focused on their shot at finishing it off with silverware.
