Clare IFA Chairperson Appeals for Road Safety During Silage Season

The Clare County Chair of the Irish Farmer’s Association is encouraging drivers to be patient as more farm machinery take to the roads.

With silage cutting currently underway, additional farming machinery is present on the roads which increased the likelihood of road traffic accidents.

The IFA has issued an appeal to drivers of farming machinery as well as other road users to take extra care during this period.
