Clare House Prices Rise By 4% In A Year

House prices in Clare have risen by four percent in the past 12 months.

The average price of a home in this county is now €191,000 – 60 percent above its lowest point.

The largest increase here is seen in 2 bed and 4 bed houses.

It is one of the smallest increases across the country, however, with the national average listed price of a house rising by 7.4% in the year to December 2020.
