Clare Health Campaigner Calls For Sea Change Approach For Region’s Health Services

A Clare Health Campaigner says a collective approach is needed to reform the MidWest’s Healthcare service.

John Wall from Lahinch recently held a virtual address with HSE CEO’ Bernard Gloster and his management team where he raised a number of issues faced by frontline staff and patients at UHL.

A point of particular concern was the lack of staff available to discharge patients from University Hospital Limerick during busy periods , leaving hospital beds unnecessarily occupied.
