Clare Government TD Calls For ‘Urgent Examination’ For Who Can Object Under Planning Legislation

A Clare Government TD insists an ‘urgent examination’ is required as to who can object to projects under planning legislation.

The Planning and Development and Foreshore (Amendment) Bill is continuing to make its way through the Oireachtas.

The Minister for Housing says the legislation will ensure an interim chairperson is put in place for An Bord Pleanala, and help with the ramping up of supply in the market.
