Four young Clare golfers have been included in Golf Ireland’s Performance Development panels for 2023.
Lahinch duo Bob Casey and Danny Lyne are joined by Dromoland’s Niall Melody in the U17 boys cohort, with Shannon’s Donnacha Halpin part of the U-15 boys group.
They’re part of an overall group of almost 70 players across the country who have been selected for the programme.
The development panel aims to help create a pathway for young players to develop their game to the next stage.
