Clare Family Support Worker “Humbled” To Be St. Patrick’s Day Parade Marshal

A Clare based family support worker says she is “humbled and privileged” to be Grand Marshal for the first St. Patrick’s Day parade in Ennis for two years.

Julia Fitzgibbon Hayes works with Enable Ireland, and along with fellow frontline workers Dr Bruce O’Donnell from Ennis Medical and Nurse Mhairi Barron from Ennis Hospital, is leading the parade through the streets of Ennis in a horse drawn carriage.

People in Clare are being invited to gather at the many parades across the county to celebrate Irish culture, reconnect with others and enjoy the events taking place.
