On Tuesday’s Morning Focus, Alan was joined by Viktoria Kroejeva and her father Danail Kroejeva. Viktoria spoke about recently being announced as a winner of the Zurich Young Portrait Prize 2022 at an awards ceremony at the National Gallery of Ireland on December 6th. She discussed the image she painted of her dad titled ‘Day Out’ which won the category of ages 12 – 15 at the awards ceremony. She also highlighted her passion for art and the emphasis she places on drawing and painting. Danail described how proud himself and his family are of Viktoria and his delight for his daughter.
