Claims Changes To Regulations Around Water Bodies Necessary For East Clare Tourism Boost

It’s claimed changes to the regulations around inland water bodies are necessary in order to boost East Clare Tourism.

Waterways Ireland is proposing changes to its bye-laws to enable the protection of biodiversity, water quality, heritage as well as the wellbeing of the users of waterways.

The consultation process will conclude tomorrow on the 27th of October and 850 submissions have been received so far.
