Ennis Track’s Dean Casey feels his latest success on the international scene is down to the efforts he’s made over the last 12 months.
Casey claimed the individual bronze medal in the U-20 race at the European Cross Country championships, following home team-mate Nick Griggs who took second spot.
It saw the Irish team collect the team silver medal, with Ennis Track’s Mark Hanrahan part of the contingent having finished 53rd in the 100 strong field.
