Joint Clare camogie boss John Carmody feels the squad are building good early season momentum as thoughts turn to their Munster championship campaign.

A late rally saw the Banner overcome Limerick in their National League showdown, with victory in the Gaelic Grounds ensuring Clare maintain their status in the top tier for 2023.

Clare now have a break before a Munster semi final next month, when either Limerick or Tipperary will be their opponents.
