Storm Ewan is bringing winds of up to 120 km per hour across Ireland today.

Met Éireann says the South and Southeast will be worst affected – an orange weather alert is in place until this three o’clock this afternoon.

It comes just a couple of days since storm Doris wreaked havoc across the country.

Localised flooding is present on the Labasheeda and Kilnamona Roads, and on the Ennis Road in Miltown Malbay.
