Fiona Levie
Welcome to this week’s episode of Clare Women in Business on Clare FM.
Fiona Levie is originally from Cork but moved to Clare when she was very young after her dad was asked to establish a cruiser hire business on The River Shannon.
Her parents ran that operation for three decades but it succumbed to the effects of the recession and ultimately closed in 2013.
Fiona worked in that family business growing up and she was only 16 when she completed her leaving cert and too young for university so, she decided she would do a secretarial course.

While working in Spain, circumstances force Fiona to return to Ireland with her four children and nothing more than just a few suitcases.
She soon began to rebuild her life and returned to education to company and arts degree and later a masters.
