Caragh Griffin was born and raised in Miltown Malbay Co Clare.
She was educated at St Joseph’s National School in the town and for her secondary education attended the former Convent of Mercy in Spanish Point.
Growing up, Caragh worked in the family take-away business in Miltown Malbay but at the time never thought that one day she would take it over.
While studying at Ennis Business College Caragh spent her work placement with a local company and was asked to stay there after she finished her course.
Caragh Griffin is owner of the Dolphin Take-away and Café in Miltown Malbay.
