Brian McDonnell is a young Writer and Director, he and local Ennis actress Esther Woods were guests of the show today. A new Irish film entitled “Would You Die For Me? is written and directed by Brian and stars Esther, Aron Hegarty, Shane Robinson, Stephanie Alken and Kyle Stokes. The plot revolves around a young woman who runs away with an exciting new man, only to miss her old lifestyle, and learn of her new lover’s dark side. Tuamgraney Handball club has been going for over a hundred years and has produced world champions and is continuing to nurture the future champions of the sport. Clare FM’s Denise Woods paid a visit to find out more about the unique sport of Handball and to talk to some of the people who dedicate their time to Clare and Ireland’s best known handball club. She spoke to Shane Walsh and Jim Nash about the success and longevity of the club.
