Quin/Clooney Choir entertained us on Thursday morning's Breakfast show.
The group opf 19 girls and 1 boy are the U13 Choir Community Games county champions.
Their choir is directed by Carol O'Neill, assisted by Deirdre Wall, with local dad John O'Donnell accompanying the choir on piano.
The children's spirit and enthusiasm for singing is infectious and I was mesmerised when they performed for the Breakfast show.
Pure and simple they love to sing together and are excited to be heading to Athlone in August to compete in the finals of the Community Games.
We heard about how they were put together only 6 weeks before the county finals in Sixmilebridge and all the rehearsals and fun that have been had along the way.
They have a 'Fun Run' coming up on April 19th at 11am to raise money to bring all the community games participants from the community heading to Athlone.
We also discovered that cookies are the key to the choirs heart so if you want them to play any gigs get baking!
