Littering, illegal dumping, and fly-tipping are issues that seem to persist in parts of Clare and in Shannon, which has proven to be both a consistent and widespread problem.
To discuss this further, Alan Morrissey spoke with Cllr. Donna McGettigan, Cathaoirleach of Shannon, MD and Sinn Fein Local Election Candidate.
