Residents opposed to the opening of a new soup kitchen in Ennis have received unanimous support from the local town council, with calls from them to block planning for the facility
A group of neighbours from the Clare Road and St. Flannan’s Terrace areas attended last evenings meeting of Ennis Town Council, to hear elected representatives all speak against the development of the Twist Soup Kitchen in their area
Businessman Oliver Williams, who’s begun developing the shelter for the hungry and needy also attended the meeting briefly as the Town Manager outlined how planning and fire officers are dealing with his unauthorised development
