The Mid-West Regional Authority (MWRA) will launch the most comprehensive socio-economic review ever conducted of North Tipperary, Clare and Limerick at its annual conference in Ennistymon, Co Clare, today

The MWRA says the Mid-West Regional Profile 2012 will form the basis for determining plans and policies for the future of the Region, and encourage international and indigenous investment into the Mid-West. Minister O’Sullivan is launching the conference- she spoke with John Cooke on Friday’s Morning Focus about the conference, the suspension of her Labour Party colleague Michael McNamara and about being a ‘Super Junior’ Minister.

The centre in Co. Clare will be one of 12 designated Down Syndrome Ireland educational centres to provide this programme across the country.
