Firstly on Morning Focus, Gavin spoke to Amy Forde, deputy news editor of Irish Farmer’s Journal and Clare Mart manager Martin McNamara about bogus insurance claims hiking up premiums for marts.
Next on the show, we heard about Clare’s Fittest Superstars, an event hosted by Sixmilebridge GAA Club this week. It will take place tomorrow in O’Garney Park and is part of a fundraising drive to build a new indoor arena. Syl O’Connor, Deirdre Flannery & Davy Fitzgerald told us more about what we can expect tomorrow.
Gavin did a review of what events are on this weekend that you can get involved in. Turas na mBan, Women in Media Event and a book launch in Kilrush!
