Jackie Nix of HSE MidWest joined Gavin on the line to discuss their major recruitment day taking place in the South Court Hotel, Limerick on Saturday.

After that our Friday Panel joined us in studio. Sharon Cahir, Ger O’Halloran and John Quinlivan chatted to Gavin about the biggest talking points of the week, including Leo Varadkar and his meeting with Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, the waste charges row’s latest development, the ticket shortage for Clare GAA fans and if Ireland should have an Independence Day.

We wrapped up the show with a chat with New York based director David Soll who joined Gavin in studio ahead of the premier of his film, Puppet, in glór on Saturday as part of the Ennis Street Festival.
