Two Clare men were among the goal-scorers as UL sealed their place in the Sigerson Cup final.
County stars Ciaran Downes and Aaron Griffin found the net as last year’s runners up overcame DCU by 3-12 to 0-12.
The Emmet McMahon captained side will take on UCC, in what will be just a third ever appearance in the final.
That game is set to be played next Wednesday evening in Waterford IT.
