A Clare Government Senator says there’s ‘something seriously wrong’ with Air BnB’s presence in this county’s housing market.
The remarks come after Government Ministers were warned the Housing For All plan now needs to be revised, and that this year’s targets aren’t likely to be met.
Green Senator Roisin Garvey says there were more than 600 full homes available on the platform for tourists last week, while just 36 homes were available in Clare for long-term rental.
