We are being encouraged to take steps to look after our health and well-being through a new Government initiative.
The ‘In This Together’ campaign is encouraging everyone to pick a new activity which could help them to feel better and healthier as we continue to deal with Covid-19.
A host of resources – developed by Government departments and Healthy Ireland is being made available online as part of the campaign, and include tips to help people look after mental health, stay active and stay connected.
