West Ham Win Eases Pressure On Bilic

West Ham have moved off the foot of the Premier League table.

They beat Huddersfield 2-0 at the London Stadium last night to earn their first points of the season and ease the pressure on manager Slavin Bilic.

Bilic admits that Frank de Boer’s sacking as Crystal Palace manager was on mind yesterday, but says the battling performance shows that he still has the backing of his players.

Crystal Palace are expected to appoint former England boss Roy Hodgson as their new manager today.

The 70 year old will take over from Frank de Boer who was sacked yesterday after Palace lost their first four league games of the season.
