Van Graan Expects Younger Players To Step Up To Mark To Fill Injury Voids

Munster coach Johann van Graan says many the squad’s younger players will be called on to step up as the squad deals with a mounting injury list.

Munster entertain the Scarlets this weekend, in a repeat of last year’s Pro14 Final, but a host of Munster’s key players won’t be on show.

That includes the squad’s Grand Slam contingent, who are rested this weekend, while Keith Earls is joining the likes of Tyler Bleyendaal, Duncan Williams, Jaco Taute and Chris Farrell as a long-term absentee through injury.
