Colaiste Muire’s superb start set them up for the Munster Colleges Senior D Ladies Football title last Wednesday.
That was the view of their manager after they hit 2-7 unanswered to run out 2-11 to 3-5 winners over Castletroy CommunityCollege.
Emma O’Donoghue struck the two early goals and it was enough to withstand the Limerick team’s comeback in the second half.
