Clare soccer’s player of the year believes the new women’s league has been a welcome addition to the local scene.
Doireann Murphy recieved her award at Treacy’s Hotel on Friday night and is already looking forward to the new season.
It followed her All-Ireland intermediate doubles handball success with Clodagh Nash back in April.
