Scariff And Tubber To Clash For Right To Play Senior Hurling In 2021

Scariff and Tubber’s hurlers will lock horns this afternoon with the right to play in Clare’s 2021 Senior Hurling Championship on the line.

The two sides meet in the Intermediate decider, with Tubber in their third final at this level in four years.

Scariff meanwhile are in their first adult county decider at any level in a quarter of a century.

Their manager Mark McKenna feels their squad depth has helped them get this far.

Meanwhile, Tubber are also looking to get back to Senior level, having enjoyed a near 40 spell in the top tier which ended back in 2015.

Selector Eoin Ruane says while they’re in a positive frame of mind, they’re expecting a battle at Cusack Park today.
