Clare’s senior ladies football manager believes they are only starting to get the results their efforts deserved.
After just avoiding relegation in 2018, the Banner won their third consecutive game in the National League Division Two to stay in the hunt for a semi-final place.
The 2-10 to 2-9 victory over Waterford in Doonbeg has Clare in fourth place but they need Kerry to beat Cavan next week to book a meeting with Armagh.
