Kilmihil’s Ellie O’Gorman has been announced as the new Captain of the Clare Ladies Football Team.
She succeeds Banner Ladies clubwoman Laurie Ryan who has stepped aside temporarily as she recovers from a serious concussion and to focus on her PhD.
Ryan’s clubmate, Grainne Nolan has been chosen as O’Gorman’s vice-captain for the coming year.
