Clare’s joint hurling manager claims tomorrow’s National Hurling quarter-final will only give them a feel regarding what to expect in the summer.

The Banner face Waterford in Walsh Park, eight weeks before the two sides will clash again in the first round of the Munster Hurling Championship.

While bragging rights are at stake, there’s also been suggestions about shadow boxing.
